Peas Pulao


PEAS PULAO

Ingredients:
Rice - 1 cup
green peas - 1/4 cup
jeera - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
ghee - 2 tbsp
curry leaves - 10
bay leaf - 1 
cloves - 2 
cinnamon stick - 1 "


Method:
- soak rice for 10 mins
- drain the water and keep it aside
- in a pan add ghee
- add the bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and curry leaves
- fry for 2 mins
- add the cumin seeds and peas
- add the rice and fry for a min
- now add in the water and salt 
- give it a mix and allow them to cook
- serve.
