Potato Raitha

potato - 1 (cut into fine cubes)
oil - to deep fry
red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
salt to taste
curd - 1 + 1/2 cup
corriander leaves - 1 tsp (chopped)

- heat the oil in a pan
- mix salt and red chili powder to the potatoes and leave it aside for 5 mins
- when the oil is  hot deep fry the potatoes til they are tender and cooked
- add them to the curd
- add corriander leaves and salt to  taste
- serve them as a side dish for briyani.
