Murungakeerai Paruppu Soup

DRUMSTICK LEAVES PARUPPU SOUP

Ingredients:
drumstick leaves - 2 cups (cleaned)
onion - 1 (chopped)
tomato - 1 (chopped)
masoor dhal - 1/4 cup
coconut milk (thick) - 2 cups
salt to taste
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
oil - 2 tsp


Method:
- pressure cook tomato, drumstick leaves, dal and salt
- cook until the dhal is tender
- in a pan add oil 
- add the onions and fry till golden brown
- add the cooked mixture and mix well
- add coconut milk and mix well and cook for 3 -4 mins
- serve as a soup or with rice!
