Lettuce and Chinese Cabbage Sabji

LETTUCE AND CHINESE CABBAGE SABJI
Ingredients:
Chinese Cabbage - 2 cups (finely chopped)
lettuce leaves - 1 cup
green chillies - 3 (finely chopped)
oil - 2 tsp
onion - 1
salt to taste
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
urad dal - 1/2 tsp
coconut milk - 1/2 cup
water

Method:
- add oil in a pan
- add the mustard seeds and urad dal when the oil is hot
- add finely chopped onions and fry
- add salt to taste
- add green chillies and fry
- to it add the lettuce and cabbage and fry
- add little water (sprinkle water) and allow them to cook
- to it add coconut milk and bring it to boil and serve
