Karunakilangu Fry

KARUNAKILANGU FRY
Ingredients:
Karuna Kilangu - 1/4 kg
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
water - 1/2 cup
oil - 4 - 5 tbsp
salt to taste


Method:
- remove the skin ,wash and clean the karuna kilangu
- cut them into squares
- add red chilli powder and salt and mix well
- in a pan add oil and add the karuna kilangu and fry for 2 - 3 minutes
- add water and leave them to get boiled and cooked
- then fry until they turn golden brown and serve!
