Sombu (Saunf) Chicken

SAUNF CHICKEN(Sombu Chicken)
Chicken (boneless) – ½ kg
Onions – 2 (cut length wise)
Saunf – 2 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 handful
Garlic – 10 – 12 (finely chopped)
Salt – to taste
cinnamon – 2
cardamom – 2
cloves - 2
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Red chillies – 6 – 8
Oil – to fry

- clean and wash the chicken
- marinate chicken, salt, pepper powder, red chilli powder

- in a pan add oil
- add the red chillies, curry leaves and onions
- fry
- add the saunf and garlic fry well until they turn golden brown
- add the chicken, red chilli powder , salt and pepper powder and cook
- sprinkle water if necessary and fry until cooked
- Serve with rice or chappathi
- This is a dry item!!!!!
