WHITE CHANNA SUNDAL
Ingredients:
soaked white channa - 1 cup
salt to taste
red chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
curry leaves - 6 - 7
urad dal - 1 tsp
channa dal - 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
oil - 2 tbsp
Method:
- add channa, salt, water in a pressure pan and cook for 2 whistles
- drain the water
- add oil in a pan
- add mustard seeds when the oil is hot
- add channa dal, urad dal and curry leaves
- now add the chilli flakes and fry for 30 seconds
- add cooked channa and fry for two mins
- serve!
