Kadai Baby Corn Masala

KADAI BABY CORN MASALA
Ingredients:

Baby corn - 10
peas - one handful
onions - 4
tomatoes - 4
ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
salt to taste
oil - to fry
cardamom - 2
cinnamon - 2
cloves - 2
bay leaf - 1
red chilli powder - 2 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
corriander leaves- 2 - 3 tsp

Method:

- chop the baby corn into fine rounds
- add the peas and baby corn in a pressure pan
- add turmeric, salt and water
- steam them for 2 whistles
- keep it aside
- chop the tomatoes and onions finely
- add oil in a pan- add the cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaf and fry
- add the chopped onions and tomatoes
- add the ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes off- now add the red chilli powder
- add the steamed vegetables and fry
- wait until the water evoperates and add the corriander leaves to garnish

I tried out babt corn recipe, but i added lots spices,however dish was looking colourfull,evn u have tasted wht i prepared ;p
