Karunakelangu Cutlet

KARUNAKELANGU CUTLET

Ingredients:
yam - 1/4 kg
ginger garlic paste - 3 tsp
salt to taste
red chilli powder - 1 + 1/2 tsp
corriander leaves - 1 handful (chopped)
curry leaves - 1 handful (chopped)
cornflour - 2 tsp
oil - to deep fry
Method:
- clean and wash the yam
- cut them into cubes and grind them to a thick fine paste
- add the above ingredients and mix well (except oil)
- make lemon sized balls of the mixture and flatten them as cutlets
- deep fry them in oil
- serve hot.
