Bitter guard Fry

bitterguard - 1
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
dry mango powder - 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
water - 4 - 5 tsp
oil - 2 tsp

- cut the ends of the bitterguard and cut them into slightly thicker rings
- remove the seeds
- mix water with bitter guard
- add red chilli powder, salt and mango powder
- mix well
- microwave at high for 5 minutes, stirring in between every one min
- add the oil and microwave for 5 more minutes, stirring in betweeb every 1 min
- they wil be a brown crip rings and good to eat
- they could be stored in an air tight container and stored
