Ingredients:
Sorrakkai - 1
onions - 2
red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
salt to taste
oil - 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
urad dal - 1 tsp
corriander leaves - 1 tsp
Method:
- remove the skin and wash the sorrakkai
- remove the seeds and cut them into fine cubes
- add little water and the sorrakkai to a microwave bowl and let them to cook in high for 5 mins
- stir in between every one minute
- cut the onions into long slices
- in a micorwave bowl add oil
- add mustard seeds and urad dal and leave them in high for 1 minute in the oven
- add the onions and mix well
- add salt and mix
- set in high for 4 mins stirring in between
- add the chilli flakes, sorrakkai to the onion mixture and leave it in high for 4 minutes
- stirr in between
- add the corriander leaves and stir in between
- set in high for 2mins
- serve
