Ragi Drumstick Leaves Dosa


HI everyone..

Another healthy dish served as a evening snack or breakfast..

ragi flour - 1 cup
onions - 2 (finely chopped)
green chillies - 3 (finely chopped)
salt to taste
corriander leaves - 3 tbsp (finely chopped)
drumstick leaves - 1 handful
cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
oil to drizzle
water to make a paste

- mix ragi flour, water, onions, green chillies, corriander leaves, cumin seeds and drumstick leaves
- make a thin paste
- now heat a dosa pan
- and grease it with oil
- pour a laddle of the flour mixture and allow that cook in slow fire
- drizzle some oil on top
- by cooking it in slow fire makes the dosa crispier
- turn the dosa teh other side and cook
- serve hot
