PEPPER CABBAGE
Ingredients:
purple cabbage - finely chopped - 2 cups
salt to taste
onions - 2 (finely choppped)
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
oil - 1 tsp
curry leaves - 10 (chopped)
Method:
- in a pan add oil
- add the onions, curry leaves, salt, cabbage and pepper powder
- mix well
- allow that to cook
- sprinkle water if necessary and cook until done and dry
- serve.
