Dry Fruit Milk Shake

DRY FRUITS MILK SHAKE

HI all,

My cousins arrival made me think about so many of his favourite cusines. One of his favourite is this milk shake. When ever I visit Trichy the first thing we do is go out and have this milk shake and rasamalai.

SO today tried this for the first time and came out well.

I did add fig and pista but both got blended and I didnt keep few left over to take a snap.

Ingredients:
cashew - 10
badam - 10
fig - 5 (chopped)
dates - 10
raisins - 2 tsp
walnuts - 3 tsp
sugar - 6 - 7 tsp
milk - 4 cups


Method:
- add the all the above ingredients and grind to a smooth milk shake in a mixer grinder.
- need not strain
- serve chilled.

Note:
I did have apricot - you can add those too But I forgot!!!!
