Curry Leaves Chicken Masala

CURRY LEAVES CHICKEN MASALA

Ingredients:
chicken - 1/2 kg
onions - 2
tomatoes - 2
green chillies - 4
curry leaves - 1 cup
corriander leaves - 2 tbsp
red chilli powder - 1 tsp
pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
corriander powder - 1 tsp
salt to taste
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
oil - 4 tbsp
water - 1/4 cup
cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, cloves - 2 each


Method:
- grind onion, tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves, corriander leaves, red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste to a fine paste
- in a pressure pan add oil
- add the cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and bay leaves and fry
- to this add the ground paste and fry till the raw smell is gone and the oil oozes out
- to this add chicken and some water and fry and cook for 2 mins
- close the lid and pressure cook until the chicken is cooked and serve
