MASALA CHAPPATHI
Ingredients:
atta - 2 cups
salt to taste
besan powder - 2 tbsp
red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp
ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
water to make a dough
oil to temper
Method:
- mix all the ingredients except for oil and make a nice soft chappathi dough
- leave it aside for 10 mins - 30 mins
- now make balls of the dough and make round chappathi's
- put them in hot tava and cook on both the sides unil done
- drizzle oil and serve
Serve this with any less spicy gravy/pickle/curd
