Ghee Rice (2)

GHEE RICE (2)
Ingredients:
Cooked rice - 1 cup
onions - 2
cinnamon, cardamom, cloves - 1 each
salt to taste
ghee - 4 - 5 tsp
corriander leaves - a handful

Method:
- slice the onions finely
- add the ghee in the pan
- add the cinnamon, cardamom and cloves
- add the onions and fry till they turn golden brown
- add salt to taste
- add the corriander leaves and fry
- add the rice and fry for 2 - 3 mins
- serve with some curry or dal
