Vallarai Keerai Sambal

VALLARAI KEERAI SAMBAL


Ingredients:
vallarai keerai - 1 bunch
small onions - 5 - 10
grated coconut - 2 -3 tbsp
salt to taste
juice of 1 lemon
green chillies - 2

Method:
- remove only the l eaves from the stem, wash and chop them finely
- chop the onions and green chillies finely
- add the keerai, green chillies, onions, salt and grated coconut together and mix well with hand
- smash well for 5 minutes
- now add the lemon jucie a nd keep it aside for around 30 mins
- mix well and serve
