Chappathi

CHAPPATHI
Ingredients:
1 Cup - wheat flour
water - to make a dough
oil - 2tsp
Salt to taste
Little wheat flour to roll the chappathi's

Method:
Mix salt, wheat flour, water and make a dough.
To that add oil and mix well for 5 mins.
keep the dough aside.
Close it with a lid/Leave it to stand for 30mins.
Now roll the dough into small balls.
Dust the balls with wheat flour and roll as chappathis.
In a hot tawa make chappathi's.
Add oil if necessary.
