IDLI UPUMA
Ingredients:
Left over idlis - 6 - 7
green chillies - 3
onions - 2
salt taste
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
oil to fry
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
curry leaves - 10 - 12
urad dal - 1 tspchanna dal - 1 tsp
juice of 1 lemon
Method:
- finely chop onions and green chillies
- in a pan add oil and wait until its hot
- to it add mustard seeds, urad dal and channa dal
- fry
- add onions, curry leaves and green chillies
- fry till they are golden brown
- add turmeric powder and fry
- crumble idli as shown in the picture.
- crumble them finely
- add salt to that
